I actually stopped using WiiSpeak because I started having a weird feedback issue on occasion when playing with some other people that use WiiSpeak. I don't have my mic next to my tv speakers, either, so I'm not sure what the problem was.
Mop It Up is right. The way our house is set up, the bedrooms are next to the living room area where the television is set up. I'm scared that if I talk to loud or turn up the volume too much, I'll wake someone up. That's why I wish Nintendo had thought to include a headset alternative to Wii Speak. (I did try a nice Logitec USB headphone set, as someone suggested mentioned near the beginning of the thread, but the particular brand I bought didn't seem to work. I should have tried purchasing the older model that worked on the PS2.
Stratos: I'd like to go hunting with you again, too, but you stay up way too late for me. :) Unfortunately, after signing off last night, I couldn't get to sleep (mostly because I'm stressed out by work.) I'm currently "functioning" with about 1.5 - 2 hrs of sleep. Bleh. Needless to say, I won't be back on tonight.
