I doubt that if the industry went all digital that the system would suck as much as it does now.

I refuse to pay for the same game twice.

There are no physical copies of WiiWare games. Once they disappear from the service, there will be no way to get them.

Obviously ownership isn't something that's important to you. I can't really explain why it's important to me for various reasons, including that I don't fully understand it myself. But it's something I value, and therefore, if it isn't offered, I will take my business elsewhere.

I'm not going to pretend to be happy about DRM or even purchasing licenses instead of ownership. But ultimately, who cares? Some pie-in-the-sky, what if someday in the future, doomsday scenario isn't going to stop me from paying money to play the games I want to play right now.

I like to play games. If the only way I can play games is via Digital Distribution then that's how I'll play them. I think the only thing that would even have a chance of making me stop playing games is if Nintendo stopped making them, and I don't think even that would do it.
