I don't like it that much although I've never played an online friend match. Something tells me this isn't the type of game I'd want to play with you for various reasons.

May i hear all, or at least some o,f these various reasons?

Well, if you like the game then that probably means you're skilled at it. And if you're skilled at it then that probably means you'd play competitively. Maybe not abuse-the-exploits competitive, but always-do-what-it-takes-to-score competitive. Playing a game head-to-head isn't a good idea. Besides, I'd rather play something I actually like.

Fair enough. I was expecting you to say i'm an exploit abuser. I'm not that skilled at the game actually, i've been stuck at one of the cups for the longest time and i'll probably never get passed it. The game is more fun when playing 2 on 2 though, and i suppose i CAN be a little competitive if it were just going to be 1v1 but I'm not competitive usually. I don't find much fun in that, its just a game.

I could never complete the final cup (there are only three, I'm guessing it's the same one you couldn't beat), or actually even win a single game in it. I ended up just downloading a save file from GameFAQs so I could have all of the characters, stadiums, and options.

I don't think you're the type to use the exploits, at least not in a friend match. It's kind of necessary if you're playing random matches and the other player is using them, because the only real way to counter is to use them yourself and hope you end up with more points. Of course, I don't really know HOW to use the exploits so there's no way I could win against somebody who does.

These days there are three types of players who play the random matches:
1. Those who use the exploits.
2. Those who score a goal and camp on the opposite side.
3. Those who spam the same cheap trick.

I don't know if I've ever come across a random player who actually scored by kicking the ball into the goal. It isn't even football anymore. It's asinineball.

Ditto. Heck, all of Wii Sports Resort should have online play. Table Tennis, golf & multi-player sword fights.

Can you imagine?  That if there was an "online play" button in the game, it would automatically trigger a forced 30min tutorial on how to connect Wii to the internet?

That's what was so disappointing about New Play Control! Mario Power Tennis, how I knew it meant we wouldn't ever see a new Mario Tennis with online play.

Hmm if they do make another Mario Tennis, Koopa Paratroopa better be in it.

I didnt have intrest in Mario Power Tennis till my friend made me play it wasnt bad I didnt enjoy it more then Mario Golf. Now thats a game i hope they make for the Wii.

Before the Motion Plus came out I was all for a new Mario Golf but now I'm not as sure as I was before. Darn thing added a few strokes to my game.
