Does anybody know a good website to sell textbooks? I don't want to sell them back to my school bookstore because they try to screw students with dirt cheap prices. I have thought about eCampus. Is that a good and reliable site to sell books to? Is there a better one?

If you don't mind doing a little extra work eBay and Amazon Marketplace are your best options to maximize profit.  If you can afford to hang onto them for a while, I'd suggest waiting until August to sell them.  The more students looking for them the better your chance of getting a higher price for them.

I agree with Vudu. Also half.com is well know as a place where students sell off old text books.

I will try half.com (maybe Amazon), unfortunately my school uses a lot of custom made books (designed for Corinthian Colleges), which may make it hard to get a good price.

Corinthian Colleges? Never heard of them. Though if they are widespread you'll probably find a market online if you tag them right. Be sure to mention the type of school so people doing searched based on the school will find them.

You could always hand fliers around your campus and places you know students like to go. Then you can set your own price that gives you more money than the school store would give you and also students would get them for cheaper than what the school store would charge. It is a win-win situation and I know a lot of people that did that at my school.

It's a private company that owns a bunch of colleges called Everest Institute.

eCoupons is offering $81 for 3 of my books. I definitely am not selling anymore back to my school bookstore, they gave me $2 for my math book.

I usually post my books in the FaceBook market place.  It's great if you're price flexible because most of the people replying will be as broke as you.  Also, you'll mostly sell to other students, on campus, so delivery is free (save having to get up to meet people).
