Why do I have a feeling I'm going to be the only one to show up for this?
The foundation for success is to 1) Identify all targets. 2) Order the appropriate units to attack the appropriate targets immediately. 3) Once you've done 1) and 2) in a time span of 2-3 seconds, then you can worry about what to shoot by yourself.
Sounds complicated. I don't know if I could do all of that within 2-3 seconds...
It's more of an S-ranking recommendation... Think "Pikmin with pressure" before you think "Call of Duty bangbangbang."
And having a clear understanding of using the right units to kill the right enemies is important for Co-op, because we typically will not have the same units, so each player will have a unique set of responsibilities. Player1 may take the lead depending on the type of enemy targets, while Player2 might provide cover to make up for capabilities the other lacks, OR Player2 just hangs back and keeps a distance because the enemy has a clear advantage over Player2's units.
I can be around at 6pm PST if there's any takers. No, I haven't played my copy of The Conduit at all.
