Hey guys. I've been a Planet Gamecube reader for a long time, and although I've never posted on these forums, I've followed some of the threads. However, I feel the time is right and I must step forward and ask for your help. See, I am a finalist in the Pokemon Rocks! Contest, and I'm trying to gain support. Some jerk named Matt from California is currently defeating me (Clay from New York). If you really wanted to, you could vote for whomever you wanted, but I think helping out this PGC reader would be pretty cool. Let me know what you think. Go here to vote:

Nevertheless, I gave you my vote. I watched your video, and I have to say that I am impressed. You aren't a great singer, but you aren't a poser. You really are a Nintendo fan, and I respect that. I gave you my vote out of a sense of a kindred spirit.

Good day Clay. This is indeed your nemesis, Matt from California. I had the brilliant idea that you may have posted pleas for help during the period that you were losing the vote count. Congratulations on winning the $500. No really, that was an exciting contest. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. I've had a great deal of contact with the pokemon staff that ran the contest. Can you believe they got 60 entries and the top 10 were STILL that bad? The car's really a lovely thing. It has a huge TV in the back with 2 N64s, a VCR, and a Gamecube with wireless controllers and 4 games. You should check it out next time you're in California, you know? Well, what you didn't know, is that if I were to have won the online voting contest, the rules state that no one person can win both prizes, and by default, the car would have been bequeathed to you. I didn't realize that till after I lost the voting period. So I find it necessary to thank you for stepping it up and winning the voting portion of the contest. Really, thanks a lot.
