That's basically what they are currently being sold as. I don't really care about that in and of itself, as there are also lots of sugar-overload dessert-type cereals out there as well. My problem is that they are discontinuing the regular non-frosted fruit flavours. You know, the ones which made them popular in the first place. It'd be like if a Choco-Blasted Marshmallow-Infused Sugar-Coated Jitter-Starter Cheerios replaced the regular Cheerios.

I said "if". Though at the way things are going I wouldn't be surprised to see such a Cheerio variety appear in the near future.

I hope not, i actually prefer my plain (or Honey Nut) cheerios thank you ver much. I tried the frosted ones once though, they weren't THAT bad but i couldn't have more than one bowl cuz they were just too sweet.

I hope not too, but I don't think regular Cheerios will go the way of the non-frosted fruit Pop-Tart. They've introduced over a dozen different Cheerios varieties over the years and the original is still the best-selling, so it isn't going anywhere. The sugary cereals don't seem to replace the old standbys: Frosted Mini Wheats didn't replace shredded wheat, flavour-blasted outmeal didn't push off plain oatmeal, and even Malt-o-Meal is still around. I don't know why regular Pop-Tarts are being phased out in favour of the dessert ones, but it's a shame because it gives sensible adults one less quick breakfast option.

Perhaps those didn't sell as well as they'd liked, so they're replacing them with the crazy kinds, and pushing those cereal bars on sensible adults instead. Only kiddies eat pop-tarts

Too lazy to read all of this, but doing sit-ups burns almost zero calories. The *only* thing that you can do to burn calories is cardiovascular exercise. Pop-Tarts are terrible for you, though when I was a burn-out teenager, I would eat them all the time (cinnamon brown sugar or something like that) and wash it down with Mountain Dew.

While that may be true, you missed the best part of what she(?) said.

All the sugar is gonna go straight to her butt and she is gonna do a stomach exercise(sit-ups) to get rid of it.
Obviously not a regular exerciser, or she does some really different and involved sit-ups

Like I said earlier in the thread I don't really exercise. At the time of writing the topic post that was just the first exercise which entered my head, so I went with it. It was really more about it burning off the extra calories, not necessarily trimming my butt. If I ever did sit-ups I'd do them on an incline, because that takes more effort.

The exercise ball is where it's at.

But speaking of dessert....what's everyone's favorite?

Mine's creme brulee with blueberries or blackberries. It has the added bonus of being real easy to make too.

Exercise ball, that's not a bad idea. I should invest in one of those, they look fun.

Seems like you could make a new topic about desserts, everyone likes desserts. I'd probably go with pie, though I don't know if I could pick a favourite filling. There are too many good kinds. They're difficult to make though so I usually just buy the Hostess fruit pies.

I'm actually not a big fan of dessert. I enjoy them, usually, and will eat some of the worst **** you can eat (Oreo cream pie, anyone?), I just typically don't desire that kind of stuff.

I prefer salty snacks over sweet ones.
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

Yeah man. I don't want no dessert for breakfast. I'll just stick to cookies, marshmallows, and Reese's.
