The old Wisdom Tree game Spiritual Warfare was quite good, if you can overcome the initial disorientation caused by the ground being black.  It's a solid buy, but children might not enjoy its 8-bit presentation and old-school Zelda gameplay.  Spiritual Warfare also requires a functional NES or Famiclone, so that could be a negative.

I had Bible Adventures back in the day. It wasn't a very good game, but the Noah section was pretty good. My friends and I would play through it and try to collect the animals. I know we beat it at least once.

Um, as far as modern stuff goes, I know there's Guitar Praise. I also think there's a DDR clone as well. Other than that, if you're looking for more modern games, your best bet is doing a search for PC games.

I'd really advise against giving games to kids that promote any sort of theological path. Children aren't always capable of making informed decisions due to a lack of applicable experience. Thus, they may not be able to discern fact from opinion. In essence, teaching religion to children as a fact is brainwashing. Let them grow up a little first, then present the ideals. Hopefully they'll then be able to tell how ridiculous such things are, instead of simply being raised with it as truth in the back of their minds.

There's The Bible Game. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Bible_Game I think this would probably be the most kid friendly. It was only released on a few systems though.
