I got a long great with my roomie. In fact, we got an apartment together for the last year of school. Apartments are so much better than dorm rooms.

Though before we got an apartment he had stayed in the dorms a year longer when I got sick of it and moved out. They let him keep the double room with two desk/bunk units all to himself. It was funny because I still came over to study and even sleep sometimes because I couldn't sleep in the place I was staying (damn night shifts).

I was planning on using the extra bed as a kind of seating area so I'd have one specifically for sleeping and one for sitting and using my computer or gaming but now at the last minute I'm going out to get some kind of chair. It does give me less of a reason to go out, but the extra space and the fact that I may have the only room with an air conditioner should theoretically give other people more of a reason to come over so it should balance out.

Well I've settled in a bit and have a couple classes under my belt. The book I have to read sucks but the class discussions are interesting. I just watched the Mars University episode of Futurama because I didn't get to before I left, and I realized something: when I hear something EasyCure posts in my head it's in Bender's voice.

I'll fix the Thread starters list in a minute to show the highest of both lists since for some reason it forgets and adds people at the drop of a hat. Strange.

Yeah I know Stratos. I got almost 650 posts in the Mafia forum.
My most posts in a forum is 3100 in Nintendo Console. 2nd is the funhouse with 750.

I was actually wondering if that had something to do with the discrepancy for a while as most of the top thread starters are staff. Maybe the forum stat tracking doesn't acknowledge parts of the forum?

Pretty soon the top 10 will be the 8000 club, or even the 10k club.

Wow, that really just made my morning. I don't know if it SHOULD be a compliment but I'm taking it as one, Bender is one of my favorite fictional characters ever. From now on I'll tell people my name is Mike Bending Rodriquez... wait, that doesn't sound right at all.

When you started you double-post like crazy. Did someone have to show you the edit button the way they had to show Stratos? Either way, kudos on ranking i guess. I can't believe i have that many post, to be honest, because there's a ton of threads and even whole sections of the forum I don't check.

Plus every post was only about a sentance long. Then you'd follow it up with something else just as long. At first it was okay because you'd link to some news, but didn't say much outside of "here is a link to.. [link]" but then during mafia's... oh boy.

That's because you spam the boards. 

Also, keep in mind that the Funhouse didn't exist for the first several years of the board's life.  The nature of the Funhouse encourages multiple posts in a short time.

But you could've just edited your post and made it clear that there was new information so no one would miss out. Besides, during mafia some people like to hide their visibility from the other users or carry conversations behind the scenes, as to not reveal vital information (to the wrong people) within the actual mafia threads.

By looking through all of my old threads (and bumping quite a few of them) it would seem that The Funhouse started at the end of 2006. I latched onto right at the beginning, so I figure thats a pretty accurate estimate.

Looking back, I remember some of the threads in the beginning, but didn't find a single post of mine. Which just proves that the Funhouse didn't become Fun until I started participating(late of 2006).

The Funhouse was here when I used to be on the forums back in the day, so it was earlier than 2006. Around 2004 probably. I'm even willing to bet it was here in 2003 if memory serves me correctly. When I returned I was thrown off at first because there was no Funhouse and only a 'Hungry Hungry Hippo Strategy Forum'.
