So I can't change my name anymore

I changed my name before (KashogiStogi to Stogi) but I can't change it now. What happened?

They shut off that ability a long time ago. You have one chance where you can change it. Just PM Pale.

You can also PM me with a title request... but you only get one!  It's mainly for people who changed their name to something stupid and want to get it back to something recognizable.
