A few more days and I think I can make it half way back to Platinum on day 1

I have a
WiiFit Plus Registration to complete
Super Mario Galaxy 2
Black Wii w/ Wii Sports/Resort
and possibly a few post play surveys too.

For SMG2, do I need to do the survey exit trick to get the early registration bonus but not not log the points?
or is it too late for that now?

I am sure it's too late. It has to be within 4 weeks, that means it had to be done by June 20.

Officially, it's four weeks from launch.  Might go ahead and try it - won't hurt anything.

Coins do expire though, so be careful. From the FAQ:

Quote
Why are my Coins listed with an expiration date?
Unredeemed Coins will expire two (2) full Club Nintendo years (July 1 - June 30), plus whatever is left in the current Club Nintendo year, after they are earned. Example: Coins earned in March 2009 would not expire until June 30, 2011.

Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more information.

So, for everyone who joined when the site first went up, be sure to redeem your coins you've been saving before June 2011!

This was probably mentioned before in this thread, but I think it's good to mention it in case anyone missed it.

So if I registered coins in Dec. 2008 when the service went up, I have to spend them before the 30th or else I lose them?  Lovely...there's absolutely nothing I want to purchase for +/- 600 coins.

You have to spend them before June 30th of next year, not this year, so there's at least a chance there will be something you want before they expire.

Ok, that's what I originally thought.  Mop's post confused me since I thought I had another year.   :P:   Yeah, here's hoping we get something actually worth buying this Club Nintendo year.

I'm not sure how you inferred that, considering I said you had until June 2011 to redeem the coins. Regardless, I apologize for the confusion.

I am wondering if they are going to really change up the store anytime soon? They had 80% of the same stuff since the site originally launched. You would think at one point they would move onto totally different gear, who didn't order it too bad so sad.

Nice, I placed my order for it. Judging from past gold prizes, I know I need to always shoot for platinum to get something at least slightly worthwhile.

I finally got it to work--took about 20 tries.  I had to enter my address about 6 times in slightly different ways before the site would eventually accept it.  Stupid piece of crap.

Yeah, I got that several times.  Nothing I can say except just keep trying--you'll get through eventually.

You have until July 31 and I don't think there's any benefit to ordering on day 1, so you can probably just wait a couple days and try again.
