Bomberman Blast: How to set Mii as character?

I can't seem to find the option to switch your bomberman guy out for your Mii.  Help please.  :(

You have to play a one-player game on all of the different playfields (I think there's 10 of them).  Then you can use a Mii for your character.

Wow, thanks.  I would have never figured that out.  I got tired of trying and downloaded Shining Force II in the mean time.  Maybe I'll get back to Bomberman now.
