I enjoyed the podcast, good sirs, as usual...even if it was a shorter one.

Hopefully, the techincal gremlins won't perform a hat trick this week.

This is more of a curiosity question but could you technically have the full show without Jame's audio (maybe he can dub in his parts lol)?

James considered that route but decided it would take forever to do it, and the result would sound terrible anyway.

Point: This episode was the hat trick.  First it was Bonnie's audio, then it was Evan's, finally mine.

I mean I honestly felt like **** after the first two weeks, but the third one killed me.

Considering that we got a new business with no feature, and then a feature with no new business, I kinda feel like I just got one good, solid episode with a long-ass intermission in the middle.

Crimm, just curious, how much editing is involved with these? And what gets cut out of the average episode?  :P

Crimm is extremely discriminatory against Greg's bird who always gets cut besides one cameo. It is quite side.

Are you kidding?!  The bird gets cranked up!

I'd say I cut about 10 minutes for every hour of final product (most of it we never intended you to hear).  It takes about 2 and a half hours for every hour of podcast.  That includes the post-production after editing.

Seeing as podcasts are two hours long, it takes at least 5 hours to edit?  Dang, I'd love to cut that down James.

So...does that mean since you guys lost the Reader Mail for the past 3 (?) weeks, does that mean you'll re-address them in a future show?  I had a couple questions in that bag I'd still like answered.

Also, do you guys have some wierd encryption process or something in the coding for this site?  For some strange reason, my Internet Provider is blocking the site so I can only access it when my laptop's using a different Wi-Fi hotspot.

I can't believe none of you had the decency to hype Little King's Story.  Shame on all of you!!

Also, now that I'm finally caught up on RFN (been behind since around episode 90) can I start asking when the next episode's going to come out?

Hey Crimm, any chance you're going to get episode 118 out before Friday?  ;)
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

The scope of the feature was games coming out during the rest of 2008, whereas Little King's Story is currently slotted for a January 2009 release I believe. I did end up cheating with Rhythm Heaven because we found out on the day of recording that it had been shifted back into early 2009 in North America, but other than that we stuck to this calendar year. If we had dipped into early '09 stuff there are many games that would have been worth mentioning, because it's already shaping up to be a pretty amazing year for Wii.

We recorded late last week, so it's taking me a while.  On top of that we recorded EARLY this week.

I've got two podcasts sitting around to finish editing. Ew

There are two long episodes in the editing process right now.  Expect one Friday or Saturday and another Monday or Tuesday (potentially delayed to give the previous episode some "space").

Nah, I think we can stand to have two episodes within a few days, right gang?

Btw, James has had a terrible week at his job, hence the slow edit for 118.  Let's all cut him some slack.
