Less than a second... does it matter what track?

It was the tournament where you had to dodge tons of bananas and complete with the fastest time on DK Parkway.
The time is completely bogus though.

About 28 of the 32 tracks have a sub-one second world record. I checked over the weekend.

I'm guessing a game-shark type code that allows you to "finish" the race as soon as you pass the line at the start.
