Ya, my only online Brawl experience was with Maxi and it lagged like crazy. I never played online again...

to elaborate on my thoughts about maxi, and not derail the thread:

maxi"s an ok guy. he seems a lil needy but it never bothered me. he's not afraid to be personal either, which i discovered when i mentioned something about a remark he'd made and recieved a looong pm about his still somehwat myserious past.

oh and he's an all around nice news dude. cant beleive its been a year... i still think of you as a new guy!

I can play COD4 against a bunch of parisians, but I can't play Brawl with anyone on the other side of the Rockies?

Not exactly.  Brawl doesn't treat online data the same as most games.  Any little improvements count.

And maxi hasn't been on a great wifi setup/isp lately.  And I don't think it's within his control.

But I've had "lagless" coast to coast matches.  I've done everything I can to my router to leave Brawl's performance at the hands of my ISP and everyone else.

You are right Pro.It isn't in my control.The last two days though my connection has been great.I've been thinking about getting one of those Lan Adaptor thingies.I would like to know a good brand.

Well I think if you try your hardest at something and learn from what you did than you did fine. I know that's pretty optimistic of me but that's just my personality.I'm an eternal optimist.

One thing I've noticed is that you're always on here whenever I visit. Do you live in front of a computer, or do you have telekinetic powers which enable you to poast on forums wherever you go?

Well most of the time I am home. Part of it is because of life choices I've made.There is a part of me that wants to go and complete goals that I have set out to do but the other half doesn't want to do anything.I have a problem with procrastination and self sabotage.
