Nope that's my FC alright. I don't know what's wrong with it. And it may be unrelated but it's interesting to note than I can no longer select the options or spectator mode.

Err....I had some codes on that were messing things up, probably. No tripping, and stuff like that. Normally, for local play, it's not an issue, but online, it causes problems. Taken care of, we're back. Not hacks this time.
