Forcing your opponent to do a screw attack wasn't what hurt them.  It was the impact of the item smacking into them, like any other thrown item.  Brain explosion solved.

Well yeah, I got that, but having them actually do a screw attack in response obscured what was going on, I think. Anyway, I don't mind that it only affects the wearer, is all I'm saying.

I was pretty annoyed by this as well. I tried for a good 15 minutes to figure out someway to get it onto my SD card to no avail. Why the hell tease me with these awesome levels and not let me keep them!?

You guys are still complaining about that? We've knew that MONTHS before the game came out.

Have any of your encountered this problem? I am still trying to unlock the "collect 5000 coins in coin battle"CD or whatever it is called, and I KNOW I've collected far over 5000 coins in coin matches yet nothing is unlocked. Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

How do you know you collected so many?  Have you checked the group records?  I was keeping track, and it worked for me.

Ok this may be coming from anger from just being killed three times by the damned thing, but the bumper is hugely overpowered. When used as a throwing item it basically KO's at 30%, also when it's in position it can kill at pretty low percentages.

I like that the bumper is so overpowered because it makes me feel like it's back with a vengeance. However, it should be toned down for the next iteration, IMO.

Were those all local.  Online matches don't count.

On the bumper I don't think its over powered for what it is.  It could show up a little less and be a little smaller.

If you grab onto the stage and attempt to role up with L/R and move the stick towards the stage(Like in Melee), you can no do that.  In Brawl you can still roll up to the stage, but you do it simply by pressing L/R.  I don't like this, the other way makes more sense, L/R is a guard not role and they should have just enabled both.

The bumpers are awesome with all other items off with maximum drop rate.  My favorite version of this game is in my custom enclosed box stage that has a one tiny opening in the top right of the box with all giant characters.

900% damage ftw!

I think it's because Rumble Falls sucks, so no one plays it.

But I do agree with you.  Especially the first, lone one.  It's a pain in the ass trying to beat the second level of Classic Single Player on the higher difficulties.

I haven't tried throwing it much, but I haven't seen it have a major effect until around 60-70 (tho then, yes, it can KO). It's a bit over-powered, but it's a more exciting addition to the battle than the Balloon Fight flippers from Melee, which were just boring annoyances.

I used to press the stick towards the stage, you cannot do that in brawl.  It won't work at ALL.  This is the nit pick thread.

FREAKING EVENT 13 (I think)!

THE STUPID DRAGOON ONE ON HARD!

Dumbest concept ever.  If I drop on Wario 4-5 times while he has a part, he doesn't drop it.  If i get attacked by Wario's weakest punch, I drop my parts.  Dumbest idea for an event match ever.

Does anyone have any tricks for beating this?  I did it fine on Easy and Normal, but now on hard I'm nowhere close.
