Well I just got the slipstream and this game is AWESOME. I cannot believe Gamespot gave it a 5, it is gorgeous visually and it has some neat and innovative puzzles.
I don't have a problem with them giving the game a low score, that is their prerogative, however, I do have a problem with some of the "negatives" they had listed for the game. Specifically, "Lack of energy, Too many ugly environments, Sometimes unresponsive controls,
Lacks personality"
I just feel that every single thing they pointed out is just ... wrong. Particularly, the lacks personality part. This game has personality in spades and it shows because the impact of the game is huge despite being so short. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but something just seems inherently false about that accusation.
