What is the score thing for in profile? Like most everybody has 0, but Berto has 1, while Pro, and Svevan both have a -1.

I believe that it's the mods ability to say how good a poster is er something.. I'm not sure. But you get 1 point for asking!

It's a feature only open to moderators at this time. Megabyte enabled it yesterday, and it's really only for fun as far as I know. A moderator can change your "score" whenever he or she wants to.
