Good news everybody apparently the main entries in the Tales of series is indeed going to be on the Wii. Translated Famitsu page

"Today is March 2009 to announce the release of the new, but the information can be found in one souvenir" Tsumoru Yoshi said. Tales of the next series MAZASHIPPUTAITORU (in the main series) will be deployed for the Wii is evident."

Oh god............sounds horrid, especially the main character. I hope there's some way to turn it off.....then again....I can always turn off my speakers...

Looks fun though. I hope it's more compelling then the GC version.

I like the voice of Marta and Richter...Emil's voice sounds kinda wimpy, but then again, it's supposed to, particularly when you understand they are going for a huge change in personality between out-of-battle Emil and in-battle Emil (when he's using the stone in Marta's possession...)

As much as I like the idea of "Tales of" series being synonymous with Nintendo, I really like what Namco was able to do with Tales of Vesperia on the 360. I'll still buy any "Tales of" games on any system though, except for the PS3 (don't have the budget).
