Are you suggesting that I'm not usually in the know?

You believe that this is the first time your obvious compatibility has been joked about?

Or am I the "Key Master" to the "Joke Keeper" and now its able to be set free in the wild?

Yes, you're the Joke Master. I think you are the one person I most associate with the funhouse since you keep the main joke thread going. Though there are a few other regulars as well. Sort of a line of usual suspects.

It's the first I've seen it.
Yeah we have an obvious compatibility... as friends. But haven't you heard the saying "opposites attract"? Such people who are too similar would never get along as a couple. People need somebody who is the opposite of them so that this person can point out everything that's wrong with them.

I recall several fun days and nights of Mario Kart with the forum gang. I don't see any problems there. This is mostly daily because it is new and exciting...and I go no hours this week from work so I have nothing better than to write papers and post here and play games all day. And do the occasional chore.

Also I get the family computer to myself 24/7 because my parents and little sister are off camping for the week.  ;D

I'm trying to see how much of my beard I can regrow before I have to go back to work. It's coming along nicely.

I haven't seen a full room yet. Six players -- myself included -- is the most I've gotten.

It's too bad I wasn't around when the game was released. I thought about joining back then but, well... you know how things go.

We olny peak at 4-5 players, you know. Typically it is just Maxi, Kraken and myself. Occasionally Brandogg joins us but only for a short while usually. Adolph Vega was with us today and hopefully in the future. D_Average joined us for the first time today and Lindy and Jonny have both made cameo appearances once each since the game released (hopefully more, they were a blast).

Playing with Vega felt like a Radio Trivia Podcast, he had an iPod speaker hook up next to the WiiSpeak and was playing a whole slew of old Nintendo tunes. It got annoying eventually but if he had it a bit farther from the mic and had a more appropriate playlist for an FPS it would probably work great. I think TYP would get a kick out of it since it would be so reminiscent of his 'cast. Adolph was even quizing me on what games the songs came from. I didn't recognize half of them.

I wonder if I'd recognize the tunes. Music is one thing I tend to remember about games and I've played a few obscure Nintendo games in my day too.

Wait what? You think I should have said more?
Or maybe a one-word answer would have sufficed? I doubt it. To me one-word answers seem more like the person is denying something. It can be difficult to find that sweet spot of saying just enough for it to not be misconstrued as something more. Or less.

Ridiculous.

I know I feel I've heard half of the music on the show even if I've never played the game in question. It is rather fun and I can get into it trying to guess the game and answer the questions. I'm working on catching up because I fell behind with my computer crash and am on 51.

Since I have some kind of phobia of starting new threads I'm resurrecting this thread to talk about something we talked about here in the past: Weird Al Yankovic. I've always been a fan of his (the first CD I ever owned and the last CD I bought are his and I own everything he's ever done) and I just wanted to make sure everyone knew about his most recent bunch of singles.

Whatever You Like, a parody of the song by the same name by T.I. I think it's the weakest of the ones he's done so far.

Craigslist, a parody of the style of The Doors but not any specific song.

Skipper Dan,  a Weird Al original, which are usually great and this is no exception, my personal favorite of these.

and finally, the one he released just this week, CNR, what I am told is a parody of The White Stripes, a tribute to frequent Match Game panelist Charles Nelson Reilly.

Now, everybody's probably already seen these and I'm an idiot for wasting everybody's time but I had to make sure no one missed these.
