If someone were to respect his kind and culture, then we could live together in peace and harmony. When two cultures meet, there will either be violence or prosperity. It is a shame we've chosen the latter. Had we only accepted their issues and respected them, we could have grown strong together in mutual prosperity. This violence and hostility is our own making. We reap what we sow.

Perhaps if we made a gesture of good will to his people by returning the pipes we have taken from them, we could solve this issue peacefully. With the Pirrana Plants guarding critical choke points, we could easily defend our flanks and focus on offense.

It's thinking like this that keeps us from advancing as a culture.

I was wondering what the response would be.  To tell you the truth I have no idea what Petey's motivation could be.  In fact I'm not even sure how old he is.  In the games he seems to be a baby.  Which would mean he be easily fooled and manipulated.  I think its probably something simple like that.  Not anything complex like brainwashing.

Yeah, I don't know what either. I just wanted to come up with a complex answer for a simple one-dimensional character.

Incredible new item, this adds even more depth to the gameplay so boring item tards can't turn items off without losing a chunk of the game (well, like all items, but this moreso). Amazing how innovative a fighter can be.

I hope that every day of this week is an item update so that Golden Phoenix get's real mad and stomps off and we don't see her on the forums for a couple days while she cools off!

After all, she shouldn't be on the internet at 1am in the morning. She should be doing fetch quests in Metroid Prime 3.

I love how the model of the curry is tilted in 3D in a way to make it look like it did in 2D (Bill's pic)

EASYCURE: I remember thinking(don't ask me why) this was a blond haired, blue eyed, chiseled athlete. Like he looked like Seigfried before he became Nightmare.

Aww, I was hoping it was from Harvest Moon, and that little farmer guy could be a character.  His moves could be hoeing you, hitting you with a shovel, chopping off your head with a sickle, etc.

Personally, what I love about these item updates is not only the thought of how big the pool of obtainable items is getting, adding a greater degree of unpredictability to the main game, but also the thought of trying these out while only locked into a single item. For example, Super Spicy Curry being the only item left on with a max frequency... leaving all players running around on fire, while also being "super combo" machines. ^_^

Does the Super Spicy Curry appear as an item by itself or does it appear with the other food?  It would be neat if it was hidden in a pile of normal food and players happened upon it by chance.
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!
