I think Mario Kart will fall into the slot Strikers filled this year, a late July/early August release that will be followed by bigger titles (though now that I think of it there's a Mario Baseball sequel in the works for next year, but I don't see them delaying MK into the holiday season just so it wouldn't compete with Smash). Mario Kart is a big deal, but not big enough to carry a holiday season. I think Disaster: Day of Crisis is a possibility, as is the Kirby platformer that started as a Cube title but is assumed to have been reworked for the Wii, Animal Crossing is there, and, just because I really want it to be, Pikmin 3 is a possibility. It was a fanboy argument but it's true to a certain extent, Nintendo spent most of their biggest franchises last year (and early next year now with the Smash Bros. delay) and they're not going to have as good of a lineup next year (unless Nintendo pulls out some great original games that we haven't heard of).
