Dang it.  For a second there you had me thinking Game Boy games were coming to the VC.

The sun, for sorrow, will not show his head:
Go hence, to have more talk of these sad things;
Some shall be pardon'd, and some punished:
For never was a story of more woe
Than this of Sega and her Mashiro.

Woot. I wonder if the Wave Race 64 is the upgraded/Shindou version.

Didn't Gradius already come out in the US?

I really wish Nintendo would let us use SD cards to save and load games from! I'm getting tired of deleting my games to open up room for bigger games, like the N64 ones. Not to mention all those games bog the system down.

You can re-download them though, right?

Like Super Mario 64, Wave Race 64 was also re-released in Japan in July of 1997 as Shindou Wave Race 64. This re-release took advantage of the Rumble Pak accessory.

I can't wait to download Wave Race 64, as I sold my original copy of it to a relative.  I think they eventually got rid of it.  Argh.  Oh well.  Once it hits the VC, I'll pick it up for sure.
I like Nintendo more than j00!

But...they can't do Rumble over Virtual Console (see Star Fox) so what'd be the point?

I dunno what the point would be lol was merely answering the question as to what the Shindou release was.

With the release of Sonic 3 I am beginning to wonder how they will Deal with S&K and its lockon feature.

Emulators and official game collections just use separate ROMs for the lock-on deal.
