I'd love to see Factor5 as a technology developer on Wii (see the DivX SDK for GameCube).

Otherwise, GOOD LUCK MAKING A GAME I'LL TAKE SERIOUSLY AFTER ALL YER PS3 DAYDREAMS.

I heard that Indian Jones game was decent for N64, though I think it was only for rental or something goofy like that. And I played R-Type (haha another flying game).

Whoa, nitsu.. That's like your longest post in 3 years!

Sorry, but Matt C is just full of it.

I remember Factor 5 ragging on the Wii ages ago that somebody mentioned, and I don't think things will change now that they are getting a tech fix on the PS3.

I am talking about the total package. Besides the character models look terrible in Rogue Squadron.

That's more of an art problem then the engine itself. Graphics have nothing to do with AI, nor do you need advance AI in an arcade shooter like RS.

Factor 5 and SK both took some digs on the way out.  This is why capitalism sucks-money means your knees get dirty often.

You know. . . I'm HAPPY I don't have a 360 and won't be able to get Too Human.

Why? If I enjoy it too much I'll be stuck waiting 10 more years for a sequel! =P

SK didn't seem to be particularly harsh on Nintendo.  To my recollection it was something along the lines of: we believe the future of gaming is in better stories and worlds and we need the power to express that.  Nintendo's going in a different direction.

I can understand that too.  Nintendo is still doing the epics, but cinematic experiences have never been Nintendo's focus.  Hell, Nintendo still avoids voice acting and fully orchestrated soundtracks, stuff that became standard on PSone.  I personally prefer Nintendo's approach to video games, but I appreciate Silicon Knights' ideas too, and so even if the company did return to Nintendo, I'm certain it would be on their own terms, as a third party.  They don't want to make games for a casual audience, they want to make games for Sci-Fi/Fantasy nerds like me.

Edit: As for Factor 5, if they come back and offer a good game, I'll buy it.  I don't really hold grudges.
That's my opinion, not yours.

Factor 5's comments were more of a personal attack against Nintendo, where as Silicon Knight's comments were more a statement on their philosophical differences between them and Nintendo.
