Well THQ is trying.....

In case you missed the video posted on Kotaku a couple days ago here's the link  Smackdown VS Raw 2008

It definitely needs work but I think its heading somewhere decent for now anyways.  Post your reactions for discussion.

Needs more Day of Reckoning. I haven't played SvR much, but it's sluggish compared to DoR.

EDIT: Just watched the video, and wow, that looks RETARDEDLY hard to control. They should have just had it be for the classic controller or the Gamecube controller. Notice how they each only did like, two moves, and all their strikes were the same? Also, you could blatantly see the controller stop responding every now and then.

I really hope there's a classic control option.

I'm pretty sure they've only been working on the Wii-specific build for a of couple weeks.

IGN posted a Developer Interview recently, the only good comments are:

- SvR will feature a 24/7 mode where the player tries to become a legend (Undertaker could take 6 months, where as a newbie could take 3 years)

Sounds like a better mode then say just trying to win a belt.  It would be neat if it spanned a lot of years and kept track of all your accomplishments, such as royal rumble victories, all the belts you have won and lost.  Now I'm just waiting for the gameplay to get polished...
