Shop channel under maintenance!?!

As of 2 am central time,

"The Wii Shop Channel is currently undergoing maintenance.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  Please try again later.

So what the heck could they be doing?  Could it be a brand new Shop Channel layout?

maybe it was a false alarm....

it's back up and running.....maybe they were defraging the hard drive on the server or something, I don't know

It's up again, same as before with nothing new that I can tell

Nah, not Sonic Spinball. They put up the first four games developed especially for the Wii Shop channel. One of them's supposed to be Kid Icarus 2.
