GDC questions

What are the requirements to get in GDC? Is it the same as E3 where you only have to be in the industry or media? If so, I would have signed up since it was in my hometown.

Wow, no one ever posts on this forum.  Anyways, GDC is pretty much the same as E3 as far as the whole industry professional rule, with one major exception, media have to pay to get in just like everyone else.
