I know that nintendo has already fixed this but did anybody hack the shopping channel to surf the net? I just had a couple questions about opera. I was wondering if it allows for custom button mapping. I would like to be able to map the d-pad and the buttons to use with flash/shockwave games. I thought it would be cool to configure the remote so I could hold it like a NES pad. I have played some awesome shockwave/flash games but playing them with the keyboard is a$$.
Speaking of Shockwave, does anybody know if opera on wii will even support shockwave??? I know flash is supposed to work.

all i know is that the opera browser is the christmas present of which Reggie spoke
::runs and hides::
ps.- we need to ask Japanese Wii-ners to demand that Nintendo update the Mii Channel! Talk about keeping people hooked; If Nintendo would continue modifying our Mii Channels via Connect24 they could keep adding tiny bits of joy to the same ol' design.

good lord! I sneezed and thus double-posted. fart.
oh well.. I want button mapping in Opera Wii browsing, too. You should be able to pull up favorites, search bar, address bar, etc with the Dpad.

Where can I see or read the Christmas comment from Reggie? I saw it on the news, but I forget what he said.

Are they definetely updating the mii channel or is that a rumor? Cause if they are, then I'd be pleasently surprised. Mii and wii sports have held me down so well that i haven't had the need to replay any of my old games, or get new ones. It's just fun to mess around on the mii. And if they are releasing the oprea browser before christmass that would be another nice gift. The wii seems to be getting better and better.
