I just want to know where to get the TV.  Also want to be able to watch the video but all in good time.
Need a Personal NonCitizen-Magical-Elf-Boy-Child-Game-Abused-King-Kratos-Play-Thing Crimm Unmaker-of-Worlds-Hunter-Of-Boxes

I'm betting he took something like this:

http://www.amazon.com/Portable-Television-Watch-Wearable-Wristwatch/dp/B000BYPHX0

And just customized the faceplate and hooked an RF converter into the antenna.

I'm guessing he watched the video as he played, because with a small screen, even if he could see it, he'd probably be tempted to make miniscule movements.

The Wii gaming session in a theatre is way cooler than playing it on a small LCD screen, although if the GC already had portable viability with the prtable-addon-lcd screens then why wouldn't a Wii.
