At least, they were at mine in West Des Moines, IA.  I bought a Nunchuck and a Remote.

Also, they said they got almost three times as many Wii systems as they got PS3s, and apparently they got over 30 PS3s.  The guy I talked to has only had seven people ask him about Wii so far.

Otherwise I can't play Wii Sports: Boxing the first day.

Yeah, I checked out my Best Buy here in the south burbs of Chicago. I wanted to laugh at the PS3 (whose display unit was frozen), and check on the amount of Wii stuff they had. They had the kiosk (non-playable, just the console and a screen with a demo video) and a area of shelving set aside for Wii Stuff. Target on the other hand at least had games for sale!

This makes me angry...Wiimotes and Nunchuks (AND GAMES AND VC CONTROLLERS AND VC POINTS CARDS) are out on the shelves at Wal-mart, but I CAN'T BUY THEM!  GRRRRRR! >=O

The only thing around here are Pink gloves and the game carrier.  My EB got a kiosk but they didn't get a startup disk so it's useless.

Well the Wal-Mart in my area didn't have them. But a friend of mine picked up the classic controller. I noticed something interesting. It has the "click" that the Gamecube had, it is only on the R and L buttons though. Probally Nintendo covering future contingancies.

I went to the South Side Des Moines BB and bought Zelda, a Wiimote, then went to Jordan Creek. They had EVERYTHING out and for sale. Picked up a classic controller and a points card. They are going to be my wild card in the launch. Nobody must go there.

I went to BB.  No games out.  Controllers were for sale, but there weren't any left except for a a couple Classics.  They were surprisingly small and awesome looking, I might pick one up.

Went to Gamestop, no kiosk >=o  They had third party games for sale, but not Zelda or Excite truck (which are the only two I want...).  No controllers or accessories.

Went to Walmart.  They had everything, but with a sign that was all "Won't be sold until 11/19."  Asshats.

Angry me.

I have bought two full Wii Controllers.  Tomorrow, I am searching for Monkey Ball and Zelda...and possible a 3rd undecided game.
