All the effort I've went through to play Wii early and I missed my chance last week!

Last week, there was a Wal*Mart vendor's fair. I might have been able to go to it if I had attempted to make an effort to go, but, it was never offered as something I could do and, well, bleh.

Today, my XM Radio rep came in and when I said something about possibly setting up a demo table sometime the weekend of the 17th-19th because of the new video game systems coming out and that all the techophiles would be out then, she mentioned that they had "Nintendo's Wii" at the vendor fair! I'm so ticked off..

Anywhoo, apparently, from what she was telling me, it was a *huge* hit with everyone who was there. Which wasn't me. I'm going to go kill myself now.

The experience will be that much more sweet if you wait and play it for the first time when you purchase your Wii, trust me...

I sent a message to my old DM to see if her area was going to be having a Vendor Fair anytime soon. I just got off the phone with her and found out that, no, she isn't, but she got to play Wii down in Bentonville a few months ago.

She is not a gamer.

She plans on getting a Wii. Dude, she was going on and on about how cool it was and how she loved the baseball and tennis, but "sucked at the driving game" (not sure which game this was). Meanwhile, I wanted to smack her upside the head for bragging about how cool playing Wii was when I'm sitting here crying because I missed my chance at playing it early.
