The thread title is only partially true. The images you are about to see aren't exactly HOT, but we decided to not post them anywhere on the main site. (You will see why in a moment.) However, I thought it would be a disservice to the forum regulars to not show you this stuff. (Again, you will see why in a moment.) Being the rebellious staffer I am (and also in part due to no one other than me wanting to post news stories lately) I present to you, the "Wii Lifestyle" images from the September 14 Wii events.

Be warned: looking at these images will be painful.

How come I didn't know the Classic Controllers plug into the Wiimote? That kinda sucks. I was hoping they could be wireless on their own. And if not, to have the Wiimote latch on directly so you don't have to deal with a dangly cord. Oh well.

Isn't it obvious? They are all wearing makeup, the photos are perfectly lit and focused, and all the ethnicities and age groups are covered.

They aren't? I always thought you did clip it there and the wire ran from the bottom of the remote to the classic controller..

God, I saw that shot of "Soccer Mom", and the following scene flashed in my head ...

Kids come home from school, and Mom is looking a little disheveled, and slightly out of breath. "Oh, hey kids ... why don't you run up stairs and do your homework, huh?" "But we wanted to play Nintendo!" "Not now, do your homework first." "Mom? What were you doing when we got home?" "Me? Oh nothing, just ... playing with the Wii. Oh, and wash your hands before you come down. You kids are getting these controllers all ... sticky."
