Matt Cassa<insert end of name to your pleasing>'s definition of cheap must be different to mine, or are us Aussies so poor and you USA guys so rich that this is a cheap system for you?

We're moving offices -- again -- in the near future, so we didn't get overly particular about the wiring and setup of everything. Instead, we bought a quick and cheap entertainment center and hooked everything up, as you can see in the photo below:

Cheap for Rupert Murdoch-owned ign, not cheap for Matt personally. I imagine.

That's a tiny screen. Yeah, we're all freaking rich over here. I could go dig a better entertainment system out of the dumpster. /Mario DS Sales thread sarcasm

I'm sure he could've been, you know, sarcastic, and saying it with the belief that most people would take it so.

I mean, even if a fairly wealthy person called it "cheap", and the minimal hit on their wallet compared to all their savings would probably make it so for them, saying it was so would probably still be sarcastic, or else arrogant.

Nice setup, though.

Or that. Yeah, you're probably right.

Actually I think he's referring to the plastic rack thing they have all those components sitting on because that came after he mentioned they didn't care about wiring.  He wouldn't show it off if it was really actually cheap.  Though at least we'll know how the Wii plays in an 108" screen.

Wow you guys he said CHEAP ENTERTAINMENT CENTER . . . . . . CENTER. . . as in the piece of furniture that carries the hefty electronics. . .

Quote

A home entertainment center (or home entertaiment console) is a piece of furniture seen in many homes in North America, which houses major electronic items, such as a television set, a VCR and/or DVD player, stereo components (such as an AM/FM tuner, multi-disc compact disc changer, record player, one or more cassette players and graphic equalizer), and cable or satellite television receivers.

if he said entertainment SYSTEM then you could rag on his arse, but leave the man alone.
