Can you funhouse guys keep a secret?
« on: July 23, 2006, 02:20:02 PM »
I didn't start using the forums until May '05 because I was afraid of Rick Powers.
“...there are those who would...say, '...If I could just not have to work everyday...that would be the most wonderful life in the world.' They don't know life. Because what makes life mean something is purpose.  The battle. The struggle.  Even if you don't win it.” - Richard M. Nixon

I didn't start using the forums until that time when the sit wasn't working so all the news was posted in the forums and I discovered they were there.

I've been visiting the site since maybe '00 or '01, and didn't really start posting in the forums until earlier this year, because I was afraid of these internents.

I heard a rumour that Rick Powers is actually just one of Ty's dupe accounts, and he got tired of using it... =O

I've been accused that my account is just someone avoiding a ban or something.

I've been caught.  I'm just another facet of S-U-P-E-R projected through time and space coming from another dimension from the over use of microwave ovens.
Ok.
Maybe not.
I was actually trying to get on here for about a year.  I just kept not getting my e-mail for the sign up.
I was like "How did anyone join here?"
I really liked the discussion here and all of the sudden I tried just signing in with an account I tried to make and lo and behold it worked.
Been here ever since.  Became more active, read venture out of the Wii section, when I did my co-op and really more active after the vote of support I got when I was having a rough patch this summer.
Heres to being able to speculate on the next Nintendo System. *raises glass*

Yeah, they have a lot of problems with the sign ins.  I had the same problem when they switched over from the old EZboards that when I tried to make a new acccount I wouldnt get the e-mail.

this whole thread feels like a sequel to the noobie check in thread. its more like the "getting to know you better" thread or something. not a bad thing though

EASYCURE: I remember thinking(don't ask me why) this was a blond haired, blue eyed, chiseled athlete. Like he looked like Seigfried before he became Nightmare.

I wish Rick were here now ... he'd save us.
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

I know I tried for a long time to get on, almost a year before I started emailing staff and Mr. Bloodworth got me in. Ty wasn't very careful and they kicked me off and Mr. Wandering went out of his way to get me back and now things are just so...

I'm not afraid of Rick anymore.
