Forums have hardly been loading

Are you guys moving some things, switching servers, something big?  When I have tried coming to the forums here for the past couple of days they havn't been working; I had to reload this page half a dozen times to post this.

I've noticed some spottiness in various web sites recently. I'm beginning to suspect a backbone is having some problems.
