This is awesome. I can especially appreciate this considering I pretty much lived the scene from Goofy Movie where Goofy drug Max into that awful theme park. This would have made the experience a whole lot more bearable.

The guy more than likely got paid more than enough to buy that TV for his 10 minutes on stage. The level of incompetency and laziness on display could have been avoided if he spent 30 minutes to prepare himself by going over the script so at very least he would have the basic talking points to fall back on if some went wrong.

This wasn't some gaff caused by the slip of the tongue, this is a man who knows **** all, even about himself. A man who fails upwards.

Go ahead and say that when you're in a crowd of over 500 people, a company like Samsung watching you, and the TV cameras and all that **** trained on you. He probably did prepare. Sometimes, **** like this just happens. He could have been having a bad day and it all just added up there. It happens to all of us. I mean, this is simple stuff to understand. Have either of you done any public speaking? It takes one really bad **** up and your entire mental process just shits itself. And now he has media outlets calling it a fucking breakdown and countless people around the world are criticizing him harshly because they don't like his movies?

He did the right thing and apologized and left the stage instead of wasting the crowd's time with him winging it and failing. The presenter, who is much more experienced with this, should have seen this panic attack and took over. Instead, he tried to give Bay some talking points. A good effort, but he was far too gone by then.

Whatever. For the fact that he yells at actors everyday for forgetting their lines, and not being prepared, and telling them to improv/freestyle/"wing-it", he should have been much more prepared to not be a hypocrite.

He was not up there for free, and he wasn't up there just to plug Transformers 4 or TMNT. Sure he may be more comfortable behind the camera and not in front of it, but he could've taken a bit more time on his 3 hour drive to Vegas to go over the script. If he was waiting for someone to say "CUT!!!, take five, rewind and go again." then he was obviously out of his element.

But this is the funhouse? Why so serious? we are poking fun at the wildly successful Michael Bay during a low point in his on film career. Today he goes back behind the camera and continues filming TF4 and makes some studio close to $1B, I'm sure he couldn't give 2 fucks what some internet people like us have to say about, and I'm sure he didn't need the money from Samsung to plug their curved 4k OLED screens or whatever that presentation was about.
Not sure why you are on the BayDefenseTeam though. We are poking fun at a professional film man for being unprofessional on film. there is nothing wrong with that. let us have our brief moment in time to roast Bay before he goes back to "destroying our childhood"
