I told him that I would post a message for him because he wants to apologize and explain himself for a few things, and we are not willing to unban him. So here you go:

I have to admit, the rat was a little annoying sometimes, but more times he was good for a laugh, I had a lot of fun with him in the What If thread that wandering started a while ago, and it was kinda frustrating when he got banned right when things were getting interesting.

He flew off the handle once, a lot of forums have a system where depending on the crime, a ban is done for X amount of days. Rat doesnt deserve to be banned permanently (at least not yet).

I agree that we should do probations instead of bans.
