The insults start right around the 3:30 mark

Space Ghost: Asking about making a flying game where you shoot pimples and cyst and stuff, sort of a dermatology game..

Peter Moore: "Go see the guys over at the Sony, they got that funky controller, *noise noise nosie*, and that sounds like alot more creativity than what their doing right now"

What would have been really funny at the end of the video, is if he responded by not throwing the dollar back, but instead saying "Now if I only had 598 more of these I could afford a PS3"

Pretty lame beyond that part... Moore seemed pretty not into it until he made the Sony comment.
