Did anybody hear any details on the rating lock?

Is it just me or did Nintendo say last year the the Wii would have built in rating lock?  Then we talked about whether it would be ESRB or European or something custom?  I think the consensus was it would probably be ESRB.  Did anybody hear Nintendo mention anything about this feature again?

If at all it'll use the regional ratings.
