Yes, the exchange rate between Microsoft SpaceBucks and real world US Dollars is 80 points=1 dollar, so 4000 points is $50.

Yeah, it's a true FPS adventure. I only dare to watch a LP of it myself, but it is creep as hell given that you don't really have many options to fight back against the insanity. In the sequel it's even worse since you can't fight back at all.
