Topic: Are these genuine Halo 3 screenshots?

IGN suddenly posted these screenshots of "Halo 3", and since some of them show scenarios that I do not recall having ever seen in the first two HALO games, I think this could be the real thing.

Can anybody on this Forum confirm if they are authentic? Another april fools perhaps??

Those look like Halo 2 pics.

the latest GI says Halo 3 is not going to be regular Halo but very different. They didnt have screenshots though.

I thought GI talks about a spin off? Halo 3 will be released with the PS3.

And these aren't Halo 3 shots, they're not in 16x9.

Apparently, the IGN article that those pics appeared in were from a 'Halo 3 Wishlist' that they threw together. None are actual Halo 3 screenshots.

Yeah. I'd expect Halo 3 (or Forerunners, or whatever the hell it'll be called) to look quite a bit better then those shots. And what's with the Transformer/Saving Private Ryan shots?

yeah artimus thats true, but it also says that Halo 3 might not actualy be Halo 3 but this spin off instead. Either way I doubt that those are real screans. I expect that they will most likely show soemthing at E3 though if they are going to keep witht hier releasing Halo 3 same time as Ps3. Otherwise they might miss the mark.

Is their proof that halo 3 is even real? The only proof fanboy can give me is you can peroder at gamestop and you can perorder anything their real or not, like the people that perorded the phantom.
