I think it has to have something to do with the USB ports.

They must exist for a reason, and we don't know what that is yet.

I got an idea, what if you could use your computer as extra storage for you virtual console games?

The only problem is that it would be difficult to prevent people from using file sharing programs, like what has happened to music and movies.

I like Zach's idea to use my computer harddrive as extra storage for the Rev, I bet data transfers could be done using wifi.

How about accepting USB mass storage devices? External harddrives, for example?

That would be the best idea i think. Right Ian give us the OPTION of what not only what size hard drive we want to use, but what type of storage media we want to use since we could also use sd cards to save. . I'm just bustin ur balls btw.
Silly monkeys; give them thumbs they make a club and beat their brother down. How they survive so misguided is a mystery. Repugnant is a creature who would squander the ability to lift an a eye to heaven conscious of his fleeting time here.

I don't think a "secret" would be anything that simple, though. It's not terribly impressive that you can plug in a USB harddrive when pretty much every computer can do it these days.

Maybe the controller uses Biometrics to identify who is holding it?

Dave: Dave
Rev:  Nice to meet you Dave.  What is your Birthday?
Dave:  November 25, 1982
Rev:  Thank you Dave.  Tell me what would you like to be known as Dave?
Dave:  Lumbo Reaver 3...
Rev: Now that we know each other.  Do you have a Nintendo Wi-Fi account or maybe a DS with credentials?
Dave: No.
Rev:  You know Dave, before we part, People your age like these games.  Also, for your amusement, these are the games that people who have similar screen names enjoyed and this is what other Daves liked.  If you need me do not hesitate to ask.  Enjoy your gaming.

So this is a thread I started a couple months ago.  Let's compare our secret guesses to whatever Nintendo reveals tomorrow.

I have no idea what it is.  I remember the guy from 1up said he knew and that he felt it may even be more intriguing then the Free Hand Controller.

That leads me to the all but confirmed speaker in the wiimote.  Gun sounds from your "gun" would be really immersive, but I don't think that's it.  If it were he wouldn't have singled it out as something distinct from the wiimote.
