Topic: Classic Zelda remakes please!

So we've gotten A Link to the Past ported to the GBA what about LoZ and AoL?

I want to see a compilation of The Legend of Zelda and Zelda II: The Adventures of Link onto one GBA cart. None of this Mario port crap were they release all the games separately and act like they are brand new games. Anyway I would want both games to be upgraded in graphics, sound, and music. Also they need to rewrite all the text so that it's a better translation like they did with the A Link to the Past port. Another thing that would be nice is that the stories for each game would be expanded. Nothing that would radically change the original story but just make it so it makes more sense and actually connects with the rest of the games. This would especially be nice for AoL since the story for it is fairly confusing. Something else that I think is fairly important is to also include the original versions of both games on the cart. This way newbies to the series will get to experience the classics.

I know some of you don't like ports and would rather have a new game but I think Zelda really deserves it. This isn't like Mario were the GBA games were the second time they got an upgrade. I know that there was that BS remake of LoZ but it was only released in Japan on that satellite thing and wasn't even finished. Also it's nice to be able to play a Zelda game where ever and when ever.

One thing I'm wondering is if you guys would prefer the updated graphics to be like the Four Sword graphics or more along the lines of A Link to the Past? In that one interview Miyamoto did a little while ago he mentioned that if the next Zelda game was more action orientated like AoL they would probably use more realistic graphics. With that in mind they would probably use a more realistic graphic style for the AoL remake even though it would still be 2D.

I would LOVE remakes of The Legend of Zelda and The Adventure of Link. I mean, Nintendo has made mega whores of the Mario Bros. on GBA, why not these equally classic titles?
In fact, I'm gonna send an email to Nintendo right now!

Also, these 2 Zelda remakes would be kickazz becuz they allegedly are the most "recent" adventures, taking place way after every other game, chronologically.
I'd love to see a fresh graphics overhaul, and maybe it would be good to see them use the Four Swords style. I've actually never finished either of these games, and if Nintendo ever does make these remakes, I can play em on my TV when the GC/GB player comes out!
