Between this shrimp (Haduken shrimp) and that other shrimp (Tyson shrimp), I wonder who would win in a fight.
One has the power of the sun and the other can break your aquarium glass.

About a month back I woke up in the middle of the night and there was something crawling accross my forehead. I jumped out of bed but could not find it. Took me a very long time to go back asleep.

The spider I saw in my garage a few years ago was as big as a shoe. I didn't have a digicam at the time, and I couldn't take a picture of it anyway cuz it was on the doormat between me and the door into the house and I had to get thru somehow but I was IMPOTENT WITH FEAR.

Srsly, lay a CD/DVD down on the floor or in front of you. That's what it's leg span was like. In. My. GARAGE.

I didn't realize that spiders got that big in Sac-Town.

The biggest spider I saw in the wild was the garden spiders we used to get in our vegetable garden as kid. I think the biggest had a leg span of about 2.5 inches. They liked to string their webs between our tomato plants and sit in the middle.
