If you just want a game you and your dad can play, go ahead and save the cash by buying 2003. It was a good game and you guys will probably have fun, I used to play 99 with my dad and we had quite a bit of fun.

For a game you can keep coming back to it has to be Timesplitters 2 no question.

Of course you'll want Mario too though, then Tony Hawks is a smooth game, Rogue Leader and Resident Evil are also obligatory, then there's Eternal Darkness for a great haunting story.........

Lol, is that just the perfect game? Well, in the next couple of months, i think the only things that come close to that perfect criteria are Viewtiful Joe and possibly Double Dash, both on my must have list...

I bought me a Cube last Friday and I got Enter the Matrix as my first game, it’s really good but I think my next game will be on of Nintendo’s classic’s like Metroid Prime.

"Enter The Matrix" is a "Good" game? Your joking right? All I can say is that you can definatly do alot better. You wil be suprised how much better.

Well, Metriod Prime is fantastic - so refuse to leave the shop until that game goes with you

I also recomend you get:

actually, metroid prime does bore alot of people, give it a rent first, PERSONALLY i loved it, it felt alot like Super Metroid, having said that there are some Super Metroid fans that didn't like Prime at all, give it a rent.

If you notice, people that love exploration and don't care for lots of action tend to like games such as Metroid Prime and Wind Waker, while those who like lots of action say that they are boring. I belong in that first category, because exploration is something I love to do, in and out of the videogame world...

Metroid prime has a mix of strategy, exploring and action. Get this game, it is the best game (in my opinion) ever made for the cube so far.

I gotta agree there. The majority of my faves games involve exploration. Games such as the Banjo series, Zelda series etc. I spend ages just wandering around seeing what I can see.

Kirby Air Ride is now officially a kickass game, arguably better than F-Zero. Definitely better for multiplayer, anyway. Very good. . . I intend to put a review in the reader review section eventually.

Mario Kart: Double Dash is a must get for the GCN.
I am dying for this game.
I dont really know one person (Including the ones without a GCN) that hates Mario Kart.

And if your any interested in Horror/Suspense kind of games, I suggest that you get Biohazard 4/Resident Evil 4.

I missed out on the fisrt Metroid Prime, just because I want to get the 2nd.
And for Zelda Windwaker....... lets just say I will wait until Zelda returns without cel-shaded graphics...

RE4 won't be out for a very long time, so get either RE or RE0 instead for now...

Get the first Metroid Prime...Not only is it incredibly good, it will probably help you better understand what goes on in the second one...

Don't wait for realistic Zelda...That comment made me sad

There is NO WAY I could have missed the release of MP2 yet you and Zero_Plague speak as if it is already out. I was scared for a moment. But then I remembered, "It's not out yet. This is Bill your getting info from. He's a crazy kid."

You just misinterpreted what I wrote...Zero said he was not getting MP because he would rather wait for the second one. I told him to get it because MP2 will be most likely continuing the story from where MP left off...

I wonder what they will do in MP2. They have to change SOMETHING in order to keep things interesting. Otherwise there'd be no point in buying the sequel. Has there been any word on the changes in store?

I'll absolutely have it even if they "only" do make new levels with the same attention to details. That alone would make it a must-have for me... though I'm sure Retro+Nintendo have at least more stories to tell
