I saw that, would you mind to explain why is this worhty of its own thread? ( not flaming I swear! its just that I dont know about this comic, is like a big comic who comes on a very important newspaper?)

It does appear in some, but I don't think it has ever been incredibly popular. Regardless, people who read the funnies section will likely still catch it, and good free promotion like this is hard to come by.

Foxtrot is a rather run of the mill comic, in my opinion, but it's widely syndicated, yes.  It appears in papers across the country, if I'm not mistaken.
