I'v already beatin this game like 6 times but I cant seem to get the scene with Zelos in Flanoir !! Is there anyone that knows how to get that ?? Please I really want to see it !!!

I can tell you this cuz my friend was like you and she did everything imaginable to achieve the Zelos scene.

Start a new game, at the Grade Shop, and select that option that lowers everyone's "affection" (or whatever it was) for Lloyd.

As you go thru the game, satisfy these conditions:

- Try to get the Z-skits with Zelos, and answer favorably to him.
- If you run into anyone else's Z-skits, be mean to them.

- Whenever Lloyd must split up the party (picking teams), pick Zelos to join him, if possible.  Mix-up who also joins Lloyd, since their affection would rise too.  You don't want any one character other than Zelos to benefit from this.

- When given a choice to pick costumes (Beach, Dinner Party, etc), pick Zelos, and avoid getting costumes for anyone else, if possible.

- Complete Zelo's subquests, and avoid the titles/subquests for everyone else.

By the big Flanoir scene, Zelos should be the only one with any substantial affection for Lloyd (a disturbing idea if ya ask me).

Oh my gosh thank you soOo much !!! I so glad cause I just started a new game with that grade purchase and now ill be able to get the scene (hopefully) !!! But I have one more question acually. Whats this Costume stuff? I never found anything about costumes ... How do you get them?

You beat the game 6 times and don't know about the costumes??

Costumes are attached to titles.  You get them mainly via sidequests.
EX., Lloyd can get a pirate costume by talking to Aifread in a substantially rebuilt Luin.  He'll get the title: "Arrggh, me hearties!" or something, as opposed to things like Eternal Swordsman or Tetra Slash.

In Altamira, after seeing the Flanoir Doctor events, you can help a mother search for her 4 kids, and the reward will be swimsuits for up to 4 characters.

After beating Latheon Gorge, visit Zelos' butler and you eventually be asked to rescue Princess Hilda.  After the Flanoir Doctor scene, visit Zelos' butler again and you'll be invited to a dance party, where you can pick dress costumes for some of the characters.

All characters get at least one weird costume of their own, as a reward for a particular sidequest.

Thanks again !! I know it sounds a little wierd that I'v beatin it about 6 times and still don't know about everything but I sometimes tend to overlook things and just go through the main parts of the game and just hope I'm gonna get a sidequest or something.
I don't want to bug anyone with anything else but I do have one final question. Everytime I go to the destroyed Luin I pay a little bit. One time I think i spent about 20,000 Gald on the rebuilding but nothing ever happens. Not to mention I go to Luin after like everything I do to see if Aifred is there but he isn't. When am I suppose to go to Luin to see Aifred ?! and why isnt Luin being rebuilt ?!

I dont know if you figured it out yet but I will explain anyway. Use the walkthrough on gamefaqs for the specifics but you have to rebuild luin in stages. only the first seven payments to rebuild it can be done before your first trip to Teth'alla. there I think fourteen total payments, it is expensive but once you get the town rebiult you get access to a new better weapons shop there that gives you the strongest weapons you can buy in the game. there are other better weapons you get later too, but these are the best you can buy. after luin is rebuilt, and after a certain point much later in the game, you can go back and do the afreit thing.
