my gc will not reconize the game disk

 I am having problems trying to figure out what the problem is with my GC  the spindle and the inner spindle are all fine does anyone know what the problem might be?

Make sure there is no dust on the laser and check the disks for scratches

yeah thats too bad. I just use a q-tip and clean he lazer...no water!
