It hasnt been announced but its quite possible and I dont see why Nintendo shouldnt, an application like this would appeal to all the non-gamers.

Yes - that's an online game. However, Sonic was referring to a program on the DS that would allow you to surf the internet on your DS if you are within range of a wireless hotspot. So, something like Internet Explorer on the DS

I've been hoping that V-pocket = PDA+web browser

that would expand the DS market into the PSP's territory.
I'll shut up now...

that would be so cool to be able to use the ds as a pda, i told my wife about it when i heard about that rumor and she loved the idea she wants a candy pink ds but it would open the gates for new people that dont really want a regular pda and they want a handheld gaming device with good games.

remember that Microsoft predicts that DS will win the battle of the handheld that kinda a lil support from microsoft and nintendo letting rare to have the GBA SP being in conker live and reloaded and also microsoft imported oddossey munch to the gba that is a big connection meaning that nintendo and microsoft could be friends and the reason microsoft went to the gaming business is to compete against Sony. If nintendo just ask microsoft to release IE for the DS it will be fine. but i like to see flash movies this a question will micromedia aflash player for the DS.
